With experience in both creative production and social media strategy, I focus on capturing elevated visuals that reflect the beauty of Sedona's landscape and the refined details of our homes. 

My role is to bring the brand to life through imagery, video, and content that not only showcases our work but also creates meaningful connections with our clients and community.

Hi there! I’m Rylie Steg, Executive Assistant at Steg Custom Homes here in Arizona.

I’m passionate about supporting both our clients and our team, and I focus on keeping every project running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and making sure every detail is handled with care.

I love the personable but fast-pasted nature of this business and take pride in playing a part in turning our clients’ dream homes into reality.

My goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and I’m committed to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

After owning and operating her own successful business for more than 14 years, Theresa joined her husband, Jim, at Steg Custom Homes. She brings a passion for building relationships, supporting clients, and creating an exceptional experience throughout the custom home journey.

Working behind the scenes, Theresa helps keep the business running smoothly while supporting Jim's vision for the company. She believes every client deserves to feel informed, valued, and cared for from the first conversation until they receive the keys to their new home.

AARON STABILE

Project manager

After spending much of earlier life as a musician, Aaron Stabile discovered his passion

for building later in life as a carpenters apprentice renovating high end kitchens and

bathrooms. When a music career couldn’t provide the consistent security a growing

family requires, building became the new artistic outlet driven by the need and desire to

provide.

Aaron is grounded in the foundation of family. Beside every great man is a strong

woman of integrity. After 18 years together with his beautiful wife Evelyn, they've

overcome life’s obstacles as a true team while raising 3 kids; Shiloh, Lucky, and Ava. He

understands clearly what loyalty, humility, and character actually mean. The richest

men in the world rarely have all the money. No man’s final wish on his deathbed is to be

surrounded by his money and possessions. It is his family, the most valuable thing on

this Earth.

A 100% family man driven by faith,10 years later and he's played his part in building

Amazon smart grocery stores, a 4 story Hilton hotel, full scale water intrusion repair of

apartment complexes and more.

With dedication, heart, and a competitive spirit, Aaron is honored to bring his talents to

the illustrious team at Steg Custom Homes to not just build homes, but construct the

dreams of every client we work with, without fail.
